Shipping Information

  • Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch all Throttle Thread Industries orders within 5 business days of receiving your order.

  • Delivery Requirements: A signature is required for all deliveries. We do not allow shipments to be left unattended at the front door, postbox, or similar locations.

  • Missed Delivery: If you are not present to accept your delivery, a card will be left advising where your parcel can be collected (typically from your local post office).

  • Warehouse Location: All items are dispatched quickly and efficiently from our Townsville, QLD warehouse.

Standard Shipping

  • Orders should be received within 3–6 business days (longer for rural areas).

  • Tracking is available via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Express Shipping

  • Orders should be received within 2–3 business days (longer for rural areas).

  • Tracking is available via the link in your shipping confirmation email.

International Shipping

  • Currently, Throttle Thread Industries does not ship outside Australia.
