Returns Policy

Throttle Thread Industries is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you receive any merchandise that you're unhappy with due to a fault, please note that we do not accept refunds for change of mind, sale items, or swimwear. To request a refund, return the item to us within the timeframe specified below, in the condition in which you received it, and we will gladly process your refund.

  • Return Window: Returns must be received within 20 days of the original purchase.

  • Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from throttlethread.com.au can be returned. Items purchased from other websites or physical retail stores must be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • Process:

    1. Contact us directly at sales@throttlethreadindustries.com.au, noting the exact issue and include photos if faulty. We will confirm your order details within our system.

    2. Pack all items securely with your invoice in a carton or reuse the original packaging.

    3. Affix the pre-addressed label to your package.

    4. Send via insured registered post to:

  • Refunds: Once your return is received, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR SWIMWEAR
